Ingredients

  • Chickpeas / White Chana
  • Sweet Corns
  • Red beans
  • lemon Juice

  • Salsa Sauce / tomato puree 2 tbsp

For the Salsa Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp fresh Coriander – chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, red beans, and sweet corns. Make sure they are well-drained to avoid excess moisture in the salad.

Step 2

Add Fresh Vegetables: Add chopped onion, tomatoes, and cucumber into the bowl. Toss gently to evenly distribute the vegetables.

Step 3

Prepare the Salsa Sauce: In a separate small bowl, mix tomato puree, chopped capsicum, onion, tomatoes, and fresh coriander. Stir well until everything is fully combined.

Step 4

Combine & Season: Pour the prepared salsa sauce over the salad mixture. Add fresh lemon juice and mix thoroughly until everything is well coated.

Step 5

Final Toss & Serve: Give the salad a final gentle toss. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes for the flavors to blend beautifully.
Serve fresh and chilled.
