Ingredients

  • 500 g beef undercut
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 6–8 mini burger buns
  • 4–6 cheese slices
  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Step 1

Marinate and Cook the Beef: Apply Dijon mustard, oregano, and oil on the beef. Shallow fry lightly on a pan, then grill in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 minutes. For best results, marinate overnight.

Step 2

Slice and Assemble: Slice the roasted beef thinly. Layer mini buns with lettuce, beef slices, cheese, mayonnaise, and chili sauce.

Step 3

Finish and Bake: Top sliders with melted butter mixed with garlic. Bake in a preheated oven for 5–10 minutes until tops are crispy and cheese melts. Serve hot.
