Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

Wet Ingredients:

  • 2 whole egg (white n yolk separate)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cup Full fat milk / Any of your choice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Step 1

Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking powder and all-purpose flour. Whisk them together until evenly mixed to ensure the waffles rise properly and have a light texture.

Prepare the Wet Mixture: In another bowl, separate the egg whites and yolks. Add the egg yolks along with the honey, oil, vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk everything together until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

Combine the Batter: Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture while whisking gently. Mix until a smooth batter forms without lumps. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg whites until slightly frothy, then fold them gently into the batter. This step helps create waffles that are crisp on the outside and soft inside.
