Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sew or Nimko
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup boondi
  • 12pc date Chutney
  • 4 tbsp plum chutney
  • 1/4 cup imli chutney
  • 1/2 cup Papri
  • 4 tbsp fresh coriandar
  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, arrange puffed rice, 1 cup boiled chickpeas,  papri, and  boondi. Add date chutney, plum chutney, and cup imli chutney over the mixture for tangy, sweet flavor.

Step 2

Mix & Garnish: Gently toss the mixture so all ingredients are evenly coated with the chutneys. Sprinkle sev or nimko, roasted peanuts, and fresh coriander on top.

Step 3

Serve Immediately: Serve the Bhel Puri immediately after mixing to maintain its crunch and freshness. Enjoy as a quick snack or party starter.
